Recently retired from law enforcement, I am beginning my second career as a Caregiver. I have graduated from Northwest CNA training and am scheduled to take my WA state exam on May 11th. Ultimately, I want to open my own Adult Family Home and need to gain experience as a CNA. I cared for my mother the last few months of her life and had her with me for hospice. That experience was profound for me and a driver for my future endeavors. It is important to me that people who need help get excellent care and I hope to bring that to the people I serve.
