I have been working in this field since 1990. My parents influenced me to enter this field because I didn't want them to stay in a facility; It was easier to take care of them instead of someone else. I thought I'd do a better job than the people that worked at the facility. When clients are happy, I feel better about myself because I did something good. My parents passed several years ago but I still have the drive to make other clients feel good about themselves and be proud of it at the end of the day. I know how to take good care of clients and provide the services that are required of me. Every client is different in their own way but you always have to remember your purpose and why you are taking the assignment.
