I've cared for my 87years old Grandmother for three years I learned that a little compassion, patience and empathy goes a long way. After seeing how much she needed someone to help her get through each day I realized that this is what I wanted to do, I wanted to help each person however I can get through their day. When you let the person that you are caring for know or show them that you care and will do everything you can to make their day or even their life a little better it makes everything seems easy for them, you encourage them to keep pushing through. I love seeing their happy faces.
