I have worked as LPN in nursing home in Ga. for 16 years and need work while her in Plantcity,FL. I have experience in one on one care and a fast paced Nursing home setting. I have taken care of my mother when she had stage 4 lung cancer and passed last dec. I kept her at home the whole time. Now I have time to work again.She put up a fight which lasted 17 months and it really had the ups and downs as expected.I can show empathy but also have the judgement to know what to do at what stage.I have the confidence to use my own judgement or seek help if needed.I will do light house work and also run erands if needed.I have worked as a cna while working under my lpn title so I would know what to expect from cna's working with me and not push them when its not possible to do. I have been described as being to nice but I do not think that is possible.I consider the patient first above anything.
