I began working as a Nursing Assistant before one had to be certified by the state of Florida. I worked at Magnolia Nursing Home in Pensacola, FL. for about 13 years. I went back to school and got my Degree in criminal Justice, and I worked for the state of Florida in the Juvenile System in various program. Community probation, Juvenile Detention, and Intensive Supervision probation. In 2004, I began working parttime as a companion and Home Health Aid for Nurse Finders, and I worked for Hospice in Pensacola, as a prn aide on the week end. I am an experience caregiver.

Hi my passion has always been taking care of children and the elderly I will assist clients in addressing everyday personal needs such as toileting, bathing and grooming. I will Perform light housekeeping activities such as cleaning, dusting and vacuuming, Make beds on a daily basis and change linen as often as required. Most elderly clients just want to know that they will be well taken care of in their golden years. These are some of the other duties that I will perform as needed. • Engage clients in physical and mental exercises prescribed by their doctors • Escort on appointments with hair dressers and physical therapists • Provide companionship on a daily basis by lending an ear or a shoulder to lean on • Engage wards in outdoor activities such as walking and light sports • Prepare food or oversee the preparation of food to ensure that hygiene standards are met and that doctors’ orders are being followed • Manage laundry and ironing activities • Run errands including grocery shopping, bills payment and mail handling • Maintain a safe and clean environment and ensure that garbage is taken out on a daily basis We all must do what we can to take care of the people who came before us and set the standards of this world.
