I moved to St Augustine 8 years ago to be the caregiver for Ted And Geraldine Szymanski. Ted had Parkinson's and Geraldine had Adult onset dementia which they later thought to be Alzheimer's. They both needed help with medications and meal planning , buying and cooking, Dr visits and transportation. They bathed themselves and used the bathroom themselves for many years until they needed help in that department.
