I became a caregiver because I LOVE taking care of the elderly. They are so appreciative of any help. I think the elderly are full of knowledge and wisdom. I love to learn from them. What I like about being a caregiver is feeling good about myself, because I have helped someone of somebodies today. It is a very rewarding and satisfying job. I have worked with the termally ill patients and family members, and enjoy helping,teaching and comforting all involved. My greatest achievement in my life is being a mother of 3 wonderful grown children. Helping people is my Gift in life.
