I have grown up around older people. I am 21 years old and happily hang out with ladies in their 70s. I lived with my grandfather and handicapped uncle for a year after the death of my grandmother providing assistance, friendship, and support. I have a special place in my heart for senior citizens and can sit and listen to them talk for hours. A dream job of mine is to be an events coordinator at a retirement home. I just finished serving in Americorps and am home for a while trying to save money. I plan to start my EMT certification in January to start a life of public service. I am a very positive and optimistic person and consider myself to be very patient with people.
