Although my legal name is " Sandra" I prefer my nickname " Cass" which is actually short for " Cassia". Cassia, a fragrant with a beautiful lingering aroma : )) My mother was an RN for over 40 years, as a daughter of a caregiver we owned and operated a private assisted living facility. My role was to provide nutrition wellness education, meal planning, physical movement classes, and patient social engagement (art craft, gardening, etc) for our residents. My mother who is now in her late seventies truly inspired my passion to care for others in need. I am a servant leader at heart and spent most of my career working in the non-profit sector providing nutrition education, wellness, gardening, and cooking classes to adult learners. I hold a BSc degree in Public Health and Dietitics, I am very proud of this achievement. I'm well versed in keeping your loved ones healthy with the most nutritious meals as well as maintaining a clean and healthy environment. Optimal nutrition is essential to healthy living and makes for a better quality of life at any age. Looking forward to hearing from you!

I have a passion for the care of others. I am well mannered, caring and love to make people feel good about themselves. I was taught that the younger should take care of the older and that is what made me go into the nursing/ medical field.
