I'm a mom of five children all of school age. I have volunteered on many boards for several organizations. I used to work in an emergency room as an emergency medical technician. I left the job to pursue my college education. After graduation I worked for a few attorneys doing workers compensation claims, personal injury cases and premise liability cases. I left that those positions to seek my BS in Legal Studies from UCF. I was a stay at mom while my children were young. Over the years I have cared for sick and dying friends, relatives and relatives of friends. I took care of an ventilator dependent child, hospice type care and finally companion and first aid care. I'm ready to re enter employment now that my children are older and I choose not to return to the practice of law solely because of the enjoyment I receive from caring for others. I have never been arrested or convicted of a crime. I've been we been investigated for any criminal reasons. I have personal references from school board members, teachers and school administrators through the county school district. I also have references from local organizations I have volunteered at offering my assistance. I'm looking to care for a person in need so that the family can have peace of mind that I am taking care of their loved one just the same as I would one of my loved ones. I have a varying schedule and I'm eager to begin work.
