Hello there my name is DC (Duwand Constant) with a 2 year experience in the Medical Field. I have now recently moved to the Tampa area, and am looking to begin again as a caregiver here. As a caregiver my first approach is always to put the needs of the client first through active listening and demonstration. It's very important the client's needs are heard and also met, because they do have rights and I believe they should be respected. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver, is being able to make a difference in the life of someone else. One of my personal achievements as a caregiver that I am proud of was a client (who was on hospice at the time) told me, how through conversation, and listening, I made what were his last days at the time, a most enjoyable one. It connects to one of the main reasons for me to become a caregiver, because all of my life I have been taking care of people and providing care for others. And allows me to let someone see that just because they're being taken care of, doesn't mean it cant be an enjoyable experience for both you and them. My availability is that of overnights for two nights a week Thursday-Friday
