Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities in accordance with established care plan. Provide medication reminders, assist with self-medication and provide routine care to the patients. Report change of patient status to nurse or supervisor. Maintain the patient area neat and clean. Obtain vital signs of patients, measure and record patient's fluid intake and output. Follow proper procedures in emergency situations and respond promptly. Encourage teamwork through cooperative interaction with co-workers. Record and report change in resident’s eating habits to the supervisor.
