A person who have been through a lot of experiences and places learns a lot of things. I came from a family where my parents will give their last grain of rice just to help someone who is in need, unknowing what comes next. This taught me compassion, and love paired with the Bible command to "Love your neighbor as you love yourself". I am a license Massage Therapist in my country, and worked together with doctors in my community. I worked taking care of children of an official in Geneva, Switzerland, France and Italy 25 years ago. I also took care of my daughter that became really ill with Leukemia and near death, but now 15, and someone else who had stage III lung cancer who now is in remission. I have learned showing empathy goes a long way and the feeling is deep satisfaction. Yes, when you are in someone's else's shoes, you feel for them, willing to listen, know what their needs and help them feel better, most of all I know that the one who said love your neighbors, had the smile of approval in me! Love, compassion, humor and empathy are the best qualities we can give to our love ones! I can share that with them *!*
