I believe in humanity and caring for people and animals. I am kind and hard working. I look to the positivity in life and look to instill it in others. I live my life with compassion and empathy. Dignity and respect is the upmost important. Being kind to others is the greatest gift in life.

Like a lot of people who are caregivers I started out taking care of a loved one, who was suffering from Lupus and Heart Disease. She was a retired nurse who was full of knowledge and more than happy to pass it on to me during the ten years I took care of her. I found that not only was I a very good caregiver but that I actually enjoyed it and found it very fulfilling! I think one of the most important things I learned while caring for seniors is that even though they may need help with many different things, some of which are very personal, they are still an adult not a child. I've found people appreciate that, I know I would if the situation was reversed. My second ten years in this business have been helping wonderful people who have found themselves in need of quality care. Their conditions have included Diabetes, Parkinson, Strokes, Dementia and Alzheimer's and other ailments. Some have just needed a little help and companionship. I was very happy that I could be there for them and make a difference in their day with whatever level of care they needed, and to help the family feel confident that their loved one had someone competent and caring to depend on. I have many hand written references that I have received over the years that I can share with you in person.
