Filing paperwork Data entry Answering phones, checking voicemails/emails and responding in a timely manner. Preparing payroll and approving time off request in ADP. Completing monthly transportation reports and employee work schedules using Microsoft Word and Excel. Proficient in using the complete Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsible for the observation and monitoring of patients in treatment and reporting duties as indicated and contributes to the welfare of the organization and assists patients in a variety of patient activities. Assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Provide positive social and leisure interaction daily. Follow protocols for residents' personal care, special dietary requirements and medical needs. Monitor and report any issues related to the residents personal care and medical needs. Maintain a clean and safe home-like atmosphere while encouraging personal choices. Assess internal and external health and safety issues and correct or report them. Operate a company vehicle/van to transport individuals as requested and complete vehicle/lift inspections prior to operation.

Direct client care including lifting and transferring non-ambulatory clients who weigh up to 200 pounds, with or with out assistance, as needed from wheelchair to shower, bed, or chair, changing diapers and assisting clients with activities of daily living, providing direct supervision of adult clients, implementing therapy protocols and behavior plans and contracts. Using tools for positive interaction and professional crisis management techniques to de-escalate client problem behavior and reinforcement and shape appropriate behavior. Driving clients to dr appointments and outings.
