Hello everyone! My name is Taylor Masson and I am 26 years old. I live in Tampa, Florida and I am currently a CNA and I do have my CNA license as well. I am also CPR certified. I have many different reasons as to why I became a CNA/Caregiver. First and foremost, I have a huge PASSION when it comes to my patients and their well-being! I want to be more like family than someone who just comes to do their job, get their money and goes home. I love to be there first hand to make sure that each and every one of my patients feel safe, well kept, and most importantly LOVED. I never want my patients to feel alone. I also am very understanding when it comes to the frustration of many of my patients because I realize that it's not so easy being used to doing everything yourself to now having someone have to do everything for you. One major accomplishment I have had with a previous personal experience is getting my grandma to believe in herself again after suffering from a stroke. Just to see how thankful she was for all of my time spent with her, me being there to know she was eating, building her strength and just being well taken care of in the situation she was in. All of that resulted in her being able to get her back up on her feet and do things on her own so I will always hold that accomplishment close to my heart.
