I have always worked in the health care field and love it , I was a Medical Assistant for 25 years and then I switched to Caregiving. I just love caring for the elderly and believe with my whole heart that they deserve the best care during this time in their lives. One of the things that I enjoy the most is listening to them talk about their lives and all the things they have done and all their memories, they really enjoy having someone to talk to and listen to them. I learn so much from their experiences.. I have 9 years of experience with people who have had many different health issues and difficulties. A lot with Dementia and Alzheimer's. I think the achievement I am most thankful for is my natural ability to do my Job well and really relate to my clients and make them feel safe, well taken care of and my compassion for them. I am CPR certified Have 3 other Certificates that are current. 1: Alzheimer's disease and Dementia 2: HIV/ Aids 3: Assistance: Administration of Medication
