At an early age my mom had a stroke and I helped with her care, from then on caregiving has been a passion for me. I like to care for people that need my care, it is a very rewarding feeling for me to see how at times my caring can make a difference in their lives. Few years ago I had a client that was very depressed, she didn't want to eat or get out of bed, by encouraging her, letting her know how much she is loved by her friends and family, she eventually came around and started to love life again. For over 20 years I have been working as a senior caregiver. I gained my experience working with clients who needed my help due to one, or more of these aliments: Alzheimer's, dementia, depression, cancer, diabetes, post surgery complications, Parkinson's, etc. I also worked as a companion. I take great pride in my job. I am devoted, caring, loving and most of all a trustworthy person. I am a strong believer in keeping my client's environment clean, that it will contribute to better health.
