Hello my name is Misty Kimerer and I want to help you by being your caregiver of choice! Some of my traits that are beneficial to helping me carryout my duties are loyalty, respect for myself and my clients, my quiet ways. My loyalty helps because I don't blab about my clients or what happens during my shift unless it poses a threat. My respect for myself and my clients is I believe self explanatory as we all have respect until we lose it. My quiet ways ensure that I don't make excessive racket or bother my clients if they wish for peace. I became a caregiver originally for my Grandmother who I already had been helping with. My expertise is companionship, helping with finances and light household chores such as laundry, meal prep and clean up, running errands that doesn't require a vehicle. I enjoy being a caregiver because I was raised by the older generation and grew up hearing about what the world was before. This is something I love learning from the older generation because when they are gone then the stories are as well unless we listen and remember. I also just plain like helping. One personal achievement I am proud of is the fact I have not fallen into the world of drugs and alcohol like so many have. I am also proud of the fact my brother is a great police officer!
