I have been a certified nursing assistant since 1996. It was my passion to help children and elderly with daily routine activities that were unable to do it themselves. What I like about being a caregiver is the one on one attention I can give my clients and able to spend as much time needed for their level of care. I just recently finished my Associates degree as an occupational therapy assistant. This gives me the opportunity to help my clients regain functional abilities they lost due to an illness that caused them to become disabled. I am 41 years old with 4 children. I have a 22 year old son who is stationed in Colorado Springs, Colorado (Army). I have a 19 year old daughter who is in college getting her degree in business management. 2 other children 16 and 13 who are still in school. I have been married for 19 years. I have experience in both pediatrics and geriatrics.
