I have worked as an administrative asst for over 30 years, but in 2017 I decided to explore a more satisfying job helping senior adults and it has been one of the best experiences of my life. My husband and I downsized and relocated to Buckhead from Peachtree City to be closer to his job. That move encouraged me to apply with Sunrise senior living, where worked part-time on the reminiscence floor for over a year, providing care to residents who have Alzheimer's. I am now self employed, providing privately care to those suffering from Alzheimer's disease. This has been challenging and rewarding at the same time. I prefer care opportunities that are near my home in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. I love walking, family time and caring for my grand baby.
