I became a caregiver because I wasn't able to help some of my loved ones when I was younger and now I can, along with others who need it. The smile one someones face that I have helped. The last hospital (mental) I worked at ,I was able to help a few people realize that suicide was not the answer. And after they were released I received thank you letters from them and their families with positive updates. I am a 45 years young women who raised 3 daughters on my own. I have been in healthcare for 23 years. And have done almost everything. I have work with mentally challenged to mentally ill persons. I have been med certified and was a certified phlebotomist, those ran out. And I have worked with all ages. I just moved to the Atlanta area from NC because I needed a life change.
