I have been caregiving since I was a young girl, since before my grandmother passed away, may god rest her soul. She was the person who made me decide i want to go to nursing school and become a nurse, a lot of the years she kept me going. I have watched people during the pandemic go into nursing homes and family is not even allowed to see them, all the residents had was us, the caregivers. This is why i choose to be a caregiver, doing what i love, being able to life somebody spirits up even though sometimes i battle with my own depression. Being able to be there for someone, who now depends on a caregiver is dear to my heart, and i take my job very serious. i'm very passionate, friendly, detailed, organized, reliable, loving, companion, im a good listener, and i love jokes.
