I have always wanted to be a caregiver ever since I was a little girl. When I was in elementray school I would pretend I was my great grandmothers nurse. She had a little bell that she would ring and I would come running. Before she passed away she made me promise her I would become a nurse to help all elderly people. I grew up and achieved my goal of becoming a CNA. One of the best things about being a nursing assistant is the personal gain I get just knowing I made someone smile. Doing for others that can't do for themselves is Vetter than any job I can think of. I am passionate about the career I have chosen and I love to help others. I am 24 years old and the most important thing to me is the patient.
