I have worked in Home Health Care for 6 years, and I fully enjoy being present with others and helping them with their day to day activities. I have a deep sense of compassion for those I care for. I've worked with several men and women in their later days, and I feel that my compassion with them helped them feel more comfort in their final moments. I decided to become a caregiver because of work that was deeply personal to me. I worked with my father for four year until he passed, and it gave me a deep appreciation for the work of care-giving. My compassion, love for others, love for giving, and empathy are hallmarks of who I am.
