Own and run this business started from ground up since 1980. It is a very successful business. My husband and business partner passed in 2013 and I continue to run the business four days a week. I am very close to selling the business and renting out my building to the new owner so I am trying to back off and see what might be available for me out in the world. I am interested for now in offering my expertise on SAT SUN & MONDAYS with Senior Home Care. I have nursed four members of my family with great compassion and expertise regarding their day-to-day well being. I did an excellent job with them keeping a three-ring binder and logging everything that occurred during my stay with them so the next person behind me would have an easier time by knowing how the patient/senior did during the hours I was with them. I am an out-going personality, very clean, very talented in the kitchen/laundry area and would clearly be an asset to a Senior Citizen to help them through the day or night. I understand this may seem like an odd change of career, but I cannot afford to volunteer my time for now and by looking into this industry would be my way of giving back to the community...with compensation. I am very fond of Senior Citizens and they are very fond of me and my nature. I would be a good fit with anyone you matched me with....
