when i was younger i worked in a nursing home and i developed a compassion for the elderly, since then i have worked for many years as a non emergency transporter for the elderly and most recently i have work with a hospice patient, i have a heart for them. i love to sit and talk with them learning so much for the stories they tell, my last patient was a hospice patient whom i was with for 7 months,he wanted so badly to walk again after having a stroke i was proud that after working with him for a couple of months he was able to walk again with the help of a walker, he passed away 2-12 of this year , what a blessing he was !!
