In addition to that I was responsible for the throughput of 12 pieces of breast meat per minute with the standard of it being 90% bone free. I also singulated breast meat through an x-ray properly for efficient bone detection. I set up the work station, and checked the tools out through a tool accountability log. I assisted in coordinating breaks, as well mentoring trainees. I adhered to GMP standards set forth by the company, OSHA standards, and USDA standards to ensure an efficient and safe work environment.
