I have had a passion for caring for seniors at a very young age. It all started with me caring for my neighbor Ms. Jackson when I was just 13 years old but she didn't have any children but she as always so kind to me. I've worked in a nursing home, have had some private duty cases and I've cared for adults with disabilities. My grandmother ran a group home for children with disabilities and I believe this is where my passion to care for others came from. I take pride in providing care for those who can't care for themselves anymore. I feel that just because you've gotten older and can't do for yourself as you once did, you should still be able to maintain your dignity and self respect. That is my goal as a provider to help each individual maintain as much independence as possible and to provide the best care needed. I have a knack for understanding human nature and the needs of the heart and naturally, I learned this through my own life experiences.
