I personally have several siblings and as the oldest shared a large responsibility of guiding them through phases of life. This allowed me to learn the smallest of details that are of the upmost importance with caring for youth. I feel confident and comfortable enough within my experience and skills that enforces my value as a caregiver for anyone.
