After caring for my father I knew this was my calling, this is what encouraged me to become a CNA. I love being a caregiver because I love to help others when they are unable to do the things they use to do. My personal achievement is getting my CNA that way I have a wider range of skills towards helping others. Tell you about me; Well I have fourteen years experience being a CNA and I also have a degree in Applied Science. I could choose to be sitting behind a desk in a doctors office, but I just love working with elderly and disabled. Its a gift I have been told.

Reliable, able to work weekends, love working 3rd shift, friendly and experienced. Will live in every other weekend. Rates are negotiable for weekend and weekday I am passionate and empathetic individual and take pride in my work. I pride myself on patient advocacy. I believe your loved one deserves the best available care and their dignity and respect are very important in their time of need. I also have my Medical Assistance Certification and have worked part time as a CMA for 7 years. I am trained in wound care, trach care, injection, medications and many other things. I have 8 years experience working with the elderly, 4 years experience working with dementia Alzheimer's patients with behavior problems. I love my job and at times find the challenge rewarding. Sometimes this job takes creativity as with individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's and Dementia. I work with therapy animals. I currently have two Border Collie's and if you would like I can bring them with me on short assignments. I would like you to meet Diamond who is 9 Years Old and Marley Marie who is 1 yr. old, now I have recently adopted a white 6 month old Border Collie, Moses. Moses is a Therapy dog that will be working with me through Godspaws.org.
