I'm great at making them feel good about themselves by reminding them how wise and beautiful they are, how the wisdom that they give still help many people even when they don't believe so. I have so much compassion for the elderly, the sick and those that are recovering from any change of life circumstance. To encourage them and build up their spirit when they are in a low place in their life. I love holding warm conversations with them to keep them happy and comfortable, as a new face in their life. My greatest achievement is when I had taken care of a Dementia resident I went above and beyond for her I stayed up many nights with her walked the floors with her cried with her made her as comfortable a possible, and when she passed I wrote a poem that the family loved so much that they read it at her funeral and that I will never forget.
