I decided to become a caregiver, because of the passion I have for helping seniors and others that are not able to physically and mentally help themself. As a caregiver and a person who is committed for excellence, I take pride in doing my assignment as if It was I in that position.So at the end of the day, I can say, Shirnett you did well..I have work with patient who sometimes given up on life and As a committed caretaker I do what I do best on a one on one level.I give them examples of what my God is able to do for them if they believe.I also ensure them they have a purpose in live, so, don't give up,where there is LIFE, there is HOPE.... I also love to sing,so singing always put a smile on any face. My name is Shirnett Pearson-Bonner and I am a certified nursing assistant.I have over 24 years experience, which have resulted in a strong understanding of duties as a CNA.
