Keep the client's living space tidy and free from hazards, ensuring a safe and comfortable home. Keep detailed records of the care provided, including changes in the client's condition, mental status, vital signs, pain and medication administration. Help clients move in and out of bed, chairs, or wheelchairs and support them in walking or transferring. Adapt care for client's individual and unique needs. Adhere to infection control, emergency procedures, and safety guidelines to protect the patient and the caregiver.
