About Lashaundria

I became a caregiver because of my mother. She was in a nursing home when I was a child and I was't able to take care of her. I decided that this is the type of work I want to be dedicated to and I have been a caregiver for over 12yrs. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about different cultures. I love helping others, having the opportunity to be there for someone in their most vulnerable moment means a lot to me. To see someone succeed when others said they wouldn't is an amazing reward and I want to be apart of that.One of my greatest achievements would have to be earning my Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. I was always told that I could never attain such a degree, that I wasn't smart enough and being able to prove them wrong and myself, meant the world to me. I'm a hard worker, fun and patient. I try to put myself in others shoes before I make a judgment, I'm open minded and honest. I believe that what you put out in the world is what you get back.
