I am a dedicated State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA/CNA) with over 15 years of experience as a caregiver and have provided care to individuals in different settings. Approximately 15 years ago, I became my mother's Caregiver after she came home from Rehab for a major stroke. After working in a Family Medical office for a couple years, I began my Caregiver career. In the past 10+ years, I have worked as a Home Health Aide and CNA, providing many services to families and their loved ones, including (but not limited to) Alzheimers, Dementia, Quadriplegic, and Hospice Care. Services provided include companionship, transportation, meal prep, feeding, light housekeeping, pericare, input/output, taking and recording vitals, catheter care, colostomy care, medication reminders, assistance with bathing, showers, dressing, transfers, wound care maintenance, and oxygen maintenance. My special focus has been with Alzheimer's and Dementia care. I am a CNA and certified in CPR and First Aid, and continue to work on completing additional medical courses and pursue avenues to help strengthen me as a Professional Caregiver. I also maintain current Individual Professional Liability Insurance. Your loved ones peace of mind, comfort and health is my priority.

My name is Sherry Napier. I am a great grand mother, grandmother and wife. I have been caregiving in some form all my life. I raised 6 kids. I am skilled in special needs, senior care. I have worked as a paraprofessional at a local school. I also work with senior for 2 years full time. I treat everyone like they are my family. I am very loyal and trust worthy. I became a Caregiver because as a teenager, my family took care of my grandfather who was bedridden and had dementia. I was in charge of his breakfast and morning medicine. I found much fulfillment and dedication to help those who can not help them selves. Hi I am 28 years old. I have been in the Healthcare field for 6 years now and I love what I do. I have a passion for helping people. My Mom was a Stna for 20+ years. When I was little I would sometimes go to work with her and I would do puzzles, and read to the older folks. I just loved putting a smile on there faces. I enjoy being a caregiver because I love to help people, and motivate them, and be there for them and help in any way I can.
