I became a caregiver because my mother had entered into the medical field as I was growing up and listening to her talk about how she enjoys helping others. I decided that I should give it a try when it was my time to choose a profession. Once I got into the field at nineteen years old, I fell in love with being a caregiver and I have since then within my seven years of experience prided myself on making sure I give the best care to each and every patient I've had the pleasure to care for. I have a passion for helping others. I most like being able to assist my residents/patients on improving their daily activities to where they are able to assist themselves more. Small steps add up to be the bigger outcome and the joy of seeing them succeed is wonderful. My personal achievement is paying close attention to not only the small details but the the bigger ones as well. This allows me to catch certain situations before a worse outcome appears. Example, bed sores, wound care, range of motion, stroke ext I'm dependable, passionate about my work and I always go that extra mile to help my residents / patients succeed on a daily basis. I am currently on the safety committee at my full time job to ensure not only my employees stay safe, but my residents / patients and visitors

I take my job seriously and go above and beyond, I love the elderly especially I learn from their wisdom, I have a history of family members that are nurses, I like giving one on one time and my most highest achievement is adding being a phlebotomist to my resume. I'm dependable and flexible, I cook clean bathe meds laundry yard work doctors appt vitals and so much more. I like being a part of the extended family of my patient. Been a cna for 3 decades and I love my career. I have references. I have current cpr ppd test, background check, drug test, I have a current cna license. I have no children and 5 dogs!

Some training in therapy sit to stand transfer , mobility , Keeping clinical folder for clients family .
