My personal achievement is paying close attention to not only the small details but the the bigger ones as well. This allows me to catch certain situations before a worse outcome appears. I am currently on the safety committee at my full time job to ensure not only my employees stay safe, but my residents / patients and visitors

I have been a very compassionate, meticulous caregiver for over 20 years. I've operated in home health, hospital, and acute care settings. Also, within the 20 year span I have experience in a broad range of medical fields that has enhanced my career. I became a caregiver at the age of 20 caring for my grandfather of terminal cancer. I enjoyed the gratification and the enjoyment of fulfilling one's life with happiness. I have two great clients at this time but I am moving from New York to Roanoke Virginia June 8 and will be providing care for new clients .
