Became a caregiver to care for my Father in Law, Hospice trained me and he originally stayed in my home 5 months before passing at 92 years old. Since that time I've stayed with individuals and couples in different settings with different medical conditions. I am empathetic , happy Christian woman; enjoy helping others-giving. I have been a CNA for 13.5 years . I'm a single mommy of 4 children, Ages 22,18,17,9 I have had private family experience for at least 6 years , i have also worked in facilities 2 years ,as well as Home care 10 + years i prefer home care because i can focused on that one specific patient one at a time . I am willing to help with any daily needs ,errands such as medicine pick ups ,grocery store runs ,household supplies etc. I am Hoping to further my career in nursing in the next month or so . I am ambitious, patient, compassionate, dependable and attentive. My grandmother has been bedridden since I was a kid. At the age of 18 I took on the responsibility to take care of her as an aide. I fell in love with this line of work from there. I love being the person to make my clients day or make them smile. My personal achievement is being the first in my family to attend college.
