After finishing my Certification Nurse aid training, I have been a caregiver for 2 and a half years now. I know it doesn't seem like a lot of experience but I have worked with many different kinds of residents. I have trained at a Nursing home, but have found I like working one on one with residents. So I became a private home caregiver, I love connecting with the family and the resident. I am proud of doing the very best I can for my residents from the start of my shift until the end of my shift and I like to make sure they are okay and well before I leave.
