I have also worked as Activities Director for the Salvation Army's after school and summer youth programs for children at high risk/abuse and as Activities Supervisor for the Henderson Housing Authority working with the elderly. I have a current multi state background check as well as a driving record.

I always try to go above and beyond to make sure the client is comfortable in their own surroundings. I like to plan a day that is enjoyable to client. I have been a caregiver since 2000, I love what I do, my first client was a women who had seizures - the doctor said she may live another 6/7 months, I cared for her like she was my daughter. My daughter who was at 7 at the time had a playmate, my husband would take her to McDonalds and Dairy Queen - both her favorite places - she live for 5 years - we gave her a wonderful life - she also enlightened our lives.

My ultimate goal in life is to provide someone with the loving and caring support that in the future I hope to receive in return. Im here to help and build a loving bond with my daily individuals.

I am care giver for 10+ yrs. i am currently employed at the VA in lake city fl. my reason for being a nursing assistant is because i had taken care of my mother when she was terminally ill of Aids which she passed away at a early age. By taken care of her it help me appreciate life for another human being especially when they can not take care for them selves .
