I am a compassionate, conscientious, dedicated, and patient CNA, caregiver, and Home Health Aide with strong professional ethics and a commitment to excellence. I am highly attentive to detail and provide families with peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are in capable and caring hands. While working with EHM Senior Solutions, my long-term clients strongly preferred that no substitute caregiver be assigned in my absence. For clients requiring 24-hour care with multiple caregivers, I was the only caregiver asked to remain on assignment once 24-hour services were no longer needed. One of my most meaningful experiences involved a client placed on hospice care and given just three days to live. After one month under my care, he graduated from hospice and went on to live for an additional two years, reaching the age of 100. This experience reflects my deep commitment to compassionate, consistent, and high-quality care.

I've been a caregiver for 15 years now I'm in school to get my doctrines degree as a nurse practitioner. What attracts me of being a caregiver I care about taking care of others not only that it lets me take care of others, but I get to know how to take care of myself and my family and friends I enjoy the conversations I have with my clients. I really enjoy being a caregiver a job that your able to make a difference in a clients everyday living. a relationship you just cant explain with your client or patient depends on level of care. I became a can in 1991 lookin for a different career path then . worked in nursing rehabilitation home for 3 years learned so much . I did work in for agencies for in home visits as well for the next 7 years. I continued my education in Georgia to become a cma certified medical assistant. I have recently taken a can course at Cumberland health center . recertified can cpr/ first aid .

I aim to assist in anyway I can to the best of my abilities even if this means performing a specific task that isn't necessarily outlined in the job duties. I first began to feel as though care-giving is my calling considering the amount of care and attention I provide to family and fiends in need. The fact that many people come to me for advice, attention, or just a simple hug made me realize how dependable I am emotionally, financially, and mentally. The idea of having a job as a care provider seems more than enjoyable and fulfilling given that my natural characteristics are what is listed as requirements int he job details. I was the primary caregiver for my stepfather who raised me, my grandmother who nurtured and taught me about the Lord, and my precious mother who is the love of my life, may they rest in power!
