My name is Tina Williams, I have worked in the Healthcare field for over 25 years. It has been my greatest experience working with our elderly and providing them with the best quality of care. I have had the pleasure of working with patients that has Dementia, Alzheimer's and many other conditions. I pride myself in being dependable and honest with my patients but most of all providing them with a safe and positive environment. This is my life's work and it brings me great pleasure to provide excellent care to all of my clients.

I became a Certified Nursing Assistant because my grandmother was having a hard time when she became up to age and she needed some type of assistance. What makes me a great caregiver is I have a lot of empathy and compassion for my clients. I put my clients needs first. I am a very patient, flexible, dependable and trustworthy person. I enjoy the one on one time with clients . I always enjoy helping people in thier time of need and letting the family know that there love ones are in excellent care. My specialty is Geriatrics and any disability are element that my clients might encounter. I am always keeping myself updated on the newest developments in healthcare. I have 26 years of experience as a CNA in home and hospital as well. I am also a Non Smoker.

I originally became a caregiver to make sure my mom was going to be well taken care of when she got a certain age. Some years ago my girlfriend got sick and needed assistance with someone who could help her with feeding, dressing, hair care and house cleaning. Not knowing what I know today back then, I was still able to fulfill that gap and enjoyed myself while doing it. What I like the most is the smile that I leave on my clients face daily. My personal achievement I am proud of is completing my certification. Not only am I able to take care of my friend and/or my mom when need be but I now know a lot more than I did when I started school. I am 56 years of age. I love my job in taking care of any one who may need my help. I have a warm heart. I complain of nothing or no one. I am a very hard worker. I come early and stay late. I love a challenge. If you need me I am there. Fully vaccinated.

I became a caregiver because my grandmother had cancer and I wanted to learn how to take care of her, she was a survivor for 40 year, I admired how the nurses and the patient care techs took care of her. So I wanted to give back. The best thing I love about this job is seeing the transformation of ones being. It brings joy to my heart to see someone smile and laugh. I have a private duty case now and the daughter said her mother is so happy now and enjoy when I come a take care of her that is a personal achievement especially when you are taking care of someones mother. My name is Lisa Council I am 49 years old but I look every bit of 29, I am outgoing and love to have fun with my residents, they are such a joy. I have no children, but I am married. I am also a licensed cosmetologist and medical assistance, so I do spoil my residents. I pamper them male and female.I have been to college haven't received my degree yet but I am working on it. I presently work at Piedmont Newnan Hospital on the Orthopedic floor.I reside in Palmetto Ga. I am looking for that one on one care instead of 18 patients as a load, It pays well but I am not getting the satisfaction of what my purpose is for doing direct patient care. That is why I choose to do Private Duty.

I'm a wife and mother of three wonderful young men, I've been in the health field for over 23 years, my education started out as a CNA, I'm also a certified Medical Assistant, Billing and Coding specialist and also a Certified Phlebotomist. I was inspired to become a caregiver by my grandmother who passed in 2015. i witnessed the love her caregiver had for her and i just loved it, that experience encouraged me to take on a new career path and since i've started it i've loves it.
