I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health. My personality has always been a love to care for others. Started working in the hospital at age 18. Taught skin care then for 10 yrs. I decided to get a Health degree to teach others how to be healthy. Then I went back to school for nursing. Quality of life is my philosophy. I then went to nursing school after graduation with B S. I love to serve, care for, and help others. It is my nature. I cared for my Grandmother, my mother and my sister through strokes and respiratory illness. Working as a caregiver in the past for patients gives me a sense of fulfilment. I am proud to be able to do so.

I've been a CNA for over 29 yrs. I've worked with different clients. I am compassionate, patient and understanding.

I became a caregiver for my grandma then my mom, that's when I realized that I love taking care of others. Since I was 16 it's been my calling.

**UPDATE 10/2020 I am not taking any shifts for now as I have taken on full time homeschooling my two sons. I will update this profile once I am back in the field. Unfortunately at this point, my boys go everywhere with me therefore the only job types I accept are those in which I can bring them with me. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I hope to return to the normal job hunt soon. Thank you! I'm a head strong mother of 3, entrepreneur, and wife! My passion comes with my personality of always being a "momma hen" which is what I love and why I'm great at...taking care of people. I strive for the best care of my patients and treat them as my own family because ultimately that's what they become, an extension of your heart and life. I have a very wide and extensive knowledge in all areas of care from nursing home long term care to hospital emergency room and pre/post surgical patients. I am very confident that I am a good fit for any patient and want to make sure that their family members feel that confidence in hiring me for their loved ones care. (Currently in the process of renewing my CNA license for record and will update that updated expiration date ASAP. Please keep posted.) My availability as of right now is Monday- Friday 7am-5pm and this is subject to change and willing to negotiate other shifts when I have availability. Just talk to me and let me know and if I can take the shift you need I will. I have worked graveyards before so I'm not opposed but being as though I have young children I prefer to stick to day shifts. I absolutely look forward to hearing from you!!!

I love taking care of the old people making sure I mean all their needs they don't need for anything I'm taking care of the elderly off their own since I was 17 and I'm taking care of kids and old people I guess you'd say it's my calling I recently moved back to Texas from Jennings Louisiana there I was working for the state always carry Tony was my boss's name

I really like to get to know my patients and build a relationship with them. My patients become like family to me. I took care of my mother and it inspired me to take care of other handicap, disabled, or elderly people. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is seeing my patients and residents happy. I take pride in the good work I do especially when my patients smile and a say thank you.
