Hello my name is Laronda Johnson. I have been a CNA for 14 years. I love helping people and their times of need. I have a lot of experience and caring for the elderly. I love what I do because I make a difference in people lives.

I have an intense background in mental health counseling and drug counseling. I did volunteer social work through my church , I enjoy helping people and like to utilize my background and skills. I am proud of my college degree and family

I am a very ambitious person and willing to learn new things. I started taking care of grandmother when I was younger and then took that and made it into a career. I enjoy being able to make someone's day by helping them with there ADLS. Also being their companion is very important in caregiving's. My personal achievement I am most proud of is having 2 children and watching them grow up.

I love meeting new people and learning about their lives and their backgrounds. What I like most about my job, I love putting a smile on there face and I also get to be apart of the family. it's my passion, to be there for others especially when they have no one else. I went back to finish my career which was I tough descious. I have over 25 years of experience. I had to lower my hours, change my life circumstances, etc.. but I enjoy it. I am a mother of 8 a grandmother of 4 and I just take life one day at.

I am 20 years old I turn 21 next month December 10th and I've been in the hha/Pca positions for 3 years since I graduated high school in 2020

Let me start by writing about what I know. No matter how much excellent medical and/or psychological care and loving support a person may receive, the person who is facing challenges inevitably feels fragile and experiences a crisis of confidence. Total care only begins at the bedside. The whole environment becomes part of the treatment plan, with a goal of encouraging the person remain engaged in the day to day decisions and activities that govern his or her life. The next thing I know is that, regardless of how smart I think I am, that person with challenges has his or her own agenda and will put every effort into achieving those goals. This deserves great respect. This requires negotiation. This requires a sense of humor. This requires open minds. This is what I know. And since every situation is different, there is no cookie cutter big enough to consider all the possibilities for care and support. Every case depends on intelligent decisions, patience, and cooperation. All laced with healthy doses of kindness.

I am a 49 year old woman who has raised eight children who are now all adults. I have always had a passion to take care of people from a tender age of seven years old. I was the caregiver for my younger brothers and sisters, my elderly grandmother, my sick mother and for my former husbands who had terminal diseases. I'm great at what I do and I love what I do, which is take care of others. I like to engage in friendly conversation but also be respectful of my patient and make them feel as comfortable as possible. Every patient that I have ever had has always been very satisfied with me an in fact didn't want me to leave their homes. I enjoy putting smiles on the faces of my patients and their families. Sometimes the family needs a bit of relief from taking care of their loved one and that is also where I step in, to also help the loved ones of the patients as well. I am reliable, dependable, punctual, respectable, kind, caring and compassionate. Most people would describe me as being too nice, but that doesn't stop me from being who I am! I am also trustworthy! I am very patient and easy going, I have been doing nursing for 27 years. I am a CNA in NY and Florida but reside in NY. I am first aid certified and CPR certified.
