I have been a caregiver for 12 years and a CNA for 5 years. I m a hard word an a team player. I love helping those who can do fii oh r themselves.

I am a great caregiver because I'm very friendly and dependable. I make everyone feel comfortable with me by showing I'm interested in having conversation and showing companionship. What attracted me to becoming a caregiver is I love helping others in need and I enjoy being there for them. A personal achievement I am proud of is that I made my decision to get back and school for CNA certification and hopefully when I finish go back to school for LPN.

I have done this work for almost 9 years, the best thing I ever chose to do was get in the medical field. This isn't just a job to me but a passion. I went from a CNA in high school to get my EMT license to hopefully one day becoming a paramedic, I do plan to always do caregiving as much as possible for it was what truly gave me my love for the medical field. I have worked everywhere possible LTC, hospital, home health, psych, correctional facility. I absolutely love being able to give back and make life a-little easier to those that have so much for so many years.

I enjoy being a caregiver because it makes me happy to see someone else happy and to know that I may have had a part in their happiness is the greatest feeling. I'm a single mother of four beautiful children and I'm so thankful that I was able to graduate in being a Certified Nursing Assistant. Graduating and being certified will help me better provide for my family. My kids and me graduating from college is my greatest accomplishments and I couldn't be any happier with the both of them.
