I'm a kindred spirit with over 13 years of caregiving experience. Nurturing is natural to me, I've been caring for individuals since I was young. I love to help individuals in need, so not only is it my passion, but it's my purpose. I enjoy making individuals feel secure and loved. Not only am I proud of being a CNA but im also proud of my activism in the community.

I am a certified Cna as well as a medical an assistant and phlebotomy tech. I've been in the medical field almost ten years and I truly love what I do. I enjoy meeting new people and being that helping hand when needed.

I am a single Mom of two Sons, 24 and 20. When they were younger, I volunteered and worked at their schools as well as coached their soccer and basketball teams. I've volunteered at churches, senior homes and The American Red Cross. I am compassionate, empathetic, a good listener, responsible, dependable and trustworthy. I'm also outgoing, patient and have a strong desire to help others! I love caregiving and my goal is to successfully take care of a client's needs while making their day as enjoyable as possible through conversation and laughter, activities, etc. I have been a caregiver for both men and women and am a Certified Nurse Assistant. Greetings! I'm Sheila, I've been in the healthcare field going on 9yrs now. I've had many experiences from a home health to hospitals, to assisted living, long-term care, physical therapy and etc. I gain my passion of becoming a CNA through the love that I have to care for others. It's my drive and dedication that keeps me lifted daily. Never in a million years did I think my role of being a CNA would take place once upon a time in my life with my own family member. A year ago my sister was in a tragic accident which left her paralyzed and in the care of both me and my mom. Although I already had passion and love for what I do, that gave me even more strength and courage being as good as I was. August of 2022, she gained her wings and it's a moment I'll never forget. It gives me the mindset to strive and continue pushing myself daily for better. I want to make a difference someday inside the healthcare field and my goal is to do just that. I'm currently a online graduate student pursuing my Masters in Healthcare Management. Upon graduation I will continue my career as a CNA as well as gain a higher position inside the healthcare field. Being in this position, you understand what it feels like, what it takes and how strong you truly have to be caring for others and that is something I truly don't ever see myself pulling away from. Being able to have such an impact on those around you who need your help gives great satisfaction and keeps you going. Healthcare isn't just a a career it's definitely a CALLING . I enjoy being in the healthcare field and I plan on furthering my education in healthcare . I've been a CNA for 5/6 years and currently in school to receive my medical assistant certification it's a great feeling doing what I do & I definitely enjoy it .
