In the facility that I currently work in, I work with many residents with varying degrees of dependence. This has helped me to take care of multiple residents while giving quality individualized care. I decided to become a care giver a few years ago because I have always wanted to help others. So far, the best part of giving care is seeing how much my assistance positively impacts my residents' lives. In March of 2018, I began my first job that would launch me into becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant a couple months later after receiving training within the company. I am thankful and proud that I chose to become a Nursing Assistant. Now, I take care of a client 21 hours a week including heavy house keeping, running errands, and fixing appliances.

My daughter Ashley was born with Hydrocephylis and Cerebral palsy which required 24/7 loving care for 15 years. I became a caregiver because by grandfather got ill and needs someone to help him, cook, do laundry and clean. I enjoy helping others and my achievement is knowing i have helped someone else.
