I'm a mother and a very hard working and compasionate person. I have done in home care in homes and facilities for nearly 10 years. I'm CPR and first aide certified . And also previously worked with the homeless in a rehab for nearly 6 years. Im always on time and have reliable transportation.

I recently moved to California from South Dakota after receiving my Bachelors of Science degree in both Biology and Physical Science. I have several years of experience caring for a range of people including the elderly and disabled. I provide compassionate and thorough care to all of my clients and ensure that they receive care that exponentially improves their quality of life. Dignity and respect are at the forefront of the care I provide and I am able to think critically and quickly under stress. Caregiving is such a wonderful career because I have the ability to ensure my clients' physical care needs are being met and their mental and emotional wellbeing is thriving. I still keep in touch with several of my past clients in South Dakota via handwritten letters and I often times have family members request my services for their loved ones after I meet them for the first time. Being a caregiver is such a fulfilling and gratifying career because I have the direct ability to make someones quality of life the best it can be.

Became passionate as a Caregiver by first caring for those close to me in my personal life: my mom, her sister, and the mother of a dear friend. Began caring professionally in 2014 with various agencies in the County of Santa Cruz. My dedication and patience help me to be a great caregiver who works hard at making life easier for those requiring home care. It is my undying belief that all people be treated with kindness, dignity and respect. My [10-year old] background consists of Adult and Senior Care for those with dementia, Alzheimer's, cancer, Diabetes, heart disease, ALS, Parkinson's, stroke, epilepsy, developmental disabilities, as well as those recovering from surgery or illness. I am certified as a Companion Care Aide (CCA), as well as hold certification in CPR and First Aid. I have an even-tempered personality which allows me to remain calm and make prudent decisions during a crisis.
