My name is Melissa Molina I am a caring and reliable person as well as employee.Ive been a caregiver off and on for many years. Iam a very patient person and show empathy well I believe that's one of the reasons I enjoy being a caregiver also just making a difference in someone's life and making life or growing old a little easier for someone.

I'm a young mother of 3 pursing my nursing license. I've done home care and also had my CNA license, I've done IHSS as well. I'm currently going to school to be and LVN and later plan on bridging into the RN program. I love caring for others and will ask ways care for them as family

I am a very energetic, outgoing and creative individual. I have been known to be called "selfless" by others due to the fact that I strive to make others happy. I am always smiling and love to pass it to others. I enjoy children and elderly people more than other age ranges. I have caregiving experiance. Both personal and for an agency in Fresno Ca called, The Well Being Group. I have also been a private Caregiver. I am highly patient with Alzheimers patients and know how to handle them pretty well. My Grandmother has worked as an LVN since I can remember. When i was a child, my most favorite part of Summer vacation was going to work with her at the retirement home she worked at. She is now the "head" RN for a large retirement home in Fresno, Ca, The Windham. To this day i still drop in every once in a while to just visit with some of the residents. Not only do I enjoy things like that, but countless times i have gone out dancing with friends and more iften than not, I will spot an elder gentleman ande ask him to dance. It's the simplicity that gets me. Something so simple like one dance, can make not only their day, but maybe even their week or month. I know I have made some memories of a lifetime, for both me and whomever that person may be.
